Newlywed Dies at Jhansi Hotel as Family Suspects Husband, Police Investigate

Newlywed Muskan Simolia died after collapsing at Rishabh Hotel in Jhansi on October 23. Her father has raised serious allegations against her husband as police examine CCTV footage and await post-mortem findings.

Muskan Simolia, who had been married for four months, collapsed and died near Room 212 at Rishabh Hotel in Jhansi on October 23, as she and her husband, bank manager Nilesh, were preparing to check out. Her death has prompted suspicions from her family, with her father demanding a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

According to the details provided, Muskan collapsed near Room 212 at the hotel while the couple was preparing to leave. The sudden incident has raised questions about the circumstances leading to her collapse, particularly because of the head injuries that her family wants investigators to examine.

Muskan’s father, Ramji Lal Ahirwar, has accused Nilesh of concealing a previous marriage. He has also alleged that the couple frequently quarrelled and raised the possibility of an assault. Ahirwar has demanded a comprehensive probe to establish how Muskan sustained her head injuries and determine the circumstances surrounding her death.

Police have detained Nilesh as part of the investigation and reviewed CCTV footage from the hotel. The footage reportedly shows Muskan falling suddenly. However, the circumstances behind the fall and the cause of her death remain to be established.

Muskan’s body has been sent for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death. The findings are expected to be important in clarifying the circumstances of the incident and addressing the questions raised by her family.

Photographs from the couple’s wedding in June highlight that Muskan and Nilesh had begun their married life only four months before the incident. Her death at the Jhansi hotel has left her family seeking answers, while the police investigation and post-mortem examination remain central to establishing what happened on October 23.
